Dark Luxe Powder Room Remodel

The original powder room lacked personality and felt disconnected from the rest of the home’s design. With limited space to work with, the homeowners wanted a bold, memorable update that would elevate the room from purely functional to a true design statement for guests.

Sebring Design Build approached the remodel with the intention of transforming the compact space into a dramatic, high-impact environment. By embracing a darker, more sophisticated palette, the design immediately creates a sense of depth and intimacy. Rich wall paneling in deep tones wraps the room, adding architectural interest and a refined, tailored feel.

A custom floating vanity serves as the centerpiece of the space. Crafted with a dark, stone-like finish, it delivers both visual weight and elegance while maintaining an open feel below. The integrated sink and clean lines keep the design minimal, allowing the material itself to stand out. A warm brass wall-mounted faucet introduces contrast and a touch of understated luxury, echoed in the coordinating hardware and accessories.

Above the vanity, a statement mirror with soft curves adds balance to the room’s strong lines, while enhancing light and creating the illusion of a larger space. Flanking sconces provide layered lighting, casting a soft glow that highlights the textures and finishes throughout the room.
