This position requires a professional, organized individual who is able to think on their feet, capable of problem-solving and dealing with difficult issues. This individual will also be able to lead others and ensure that all individuals working on the Sebring team, whether they are team members, trade partners or vendors, are working to exceed the clients’ expectations.
This position will also require an individual that will be able to teach others and lead by example. Since remodeling is a constantly changing environment, this individual must have patience and thrive in an ever changing environment. The PM must also be able to juggle multiple projects, requests and demands all while communicating in a positive, firm manner, making sure he is receiving the type of timely, quality response from his team members, vendors and trade partners. This will require above average communication and management skills that will allow him to perform and to delegate the work required.
Position Requirements:
- Knowledge of construction materials and project implementation.
- Minimum of 5 years of construction experience.
- Must be computer proficient with knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Great communication skills.
- Must be very organized and know how to prioritize task.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must be able to lift 100 pounds.
- Must show great initiative leading the production team with enthusiasm.

Overall Responsibility:
This position is responsible for getting sold jobs ready for production and supervising construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling of the projects. Operate within the policies and values of the Company.

Experience in all phases of residential remodeling including:
- Carpentry
- Finish carpentry
- Cabinetry installation
- Flooring & tile
- Basic drywall & painting
- A clean driving record is required for fleet vehicle use.
- Must be able to lift & carry heavy objects
- A team player who can follow instructions
- problem-solving.

- Reliable
- Attention to detail is a must, as the quality of work must be outstanding for our clients.

Assist construction crew with a variety of tasks and expedite timely completion of assigned work to maintain schedule and budget goals. Perform work safely and follow all company rules and procedures while providing:
- Ability to perform physically demanding work on a consistent basis
- Driver’s license and a clean driving record is required.
- Ability to perform work according to company standards
- Good communication skills
- The ability to read, understand, and follow detailed directions
