Summary:

This position is responsible for guiding clients through the residential remodeling process — building rapport, developing design concepts, and managing the client relationship from initial consultation through post-completion follow-up. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, creative problem-solver, and skilled salesperson who thrives in a client-facing role.

Position Requirements:

  • Experience in residential interior design and space planning
  • Proficiency in Chief Architect or similar design software
  • Ability to develop detailed scopes of work for kitchen, bath, and whole-home remodeling projects
  • Ability to create and present proposals, design agreements, and production agreements
  • Comfortable leading sales meetings and qualifying prospects, including generating rough estimates
  • Skilled at preparing and hosting client presentations and providing fixture and finish selections
  • Willingness to participate in networking events, home shows, and educational seminars
  • Ability to support marketing efforts including social media, blog writing, and project photography
  • Maintains active communication with clients throughout design, production, and post-completion

Overall Responsibility:

This position is responsible for meeting or exceeding annual sales objectives while delivering an exceptional design experience. The Designer maintains a professional appearance, acts in accordance with the Sebring Mission Statement in all client and vendor interactions, and ensures every project is sold and executed to Sebring’s quality and process standards.

This position is responsible for supervising residential remodeling projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a professional, organized leader who thinks on their feet, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while holding their team to the highest standards.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of construction experience
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials and project implementation
  • Hands-on carpentry experience; must be comfortable performing framing, trim, punch-list, and repair work when needed
  • Must be able to lift 100 pounds
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and initiative in leading production teams
  • Clean driving record required

Additional Details:

  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm

Overall Responsibility:

This position is responsible for getting sold jobs ready for production and overseeing all projects through completion within time and budget constraints. The Project Manager handles budgeting, scheduling, and coordination of team members, trade partners, and vendors, and operates at all times within the policies and values of the company.

Position Requirements:

  • Experience in carpentry, finish carpentry, and cabinetry installation
  • Experience with flooring, tile, basic drywall, and painting
  • Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects
  • Clean driving record required for fleet vehicle use
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to follow instructions and work as a team player
  • Exceptional attention to detail: the quality of our work must be outstanding for our clients
