Hello, I’m Bryan Sebring, founder and owner of Sebring Design Build, a full-service luxury remodeling company in Franklin, Tennessee. Since 1999, my team and I have been helping homeowners transform their houses into dream homes through custom kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, basement finishing, and whole house interior remodels.

My wife Jenny and I are high school sweethearts — we first met on the very first day of class in 1991, got married five years later, and today we are blessed with four amazing children: Brye, Brayden, Bryce, and Brock. Family is at the core of everything I do, and that same sense of care and connection guides the way we serve our clients.

WHEN LIFE GIVES YOU LEMONS…

In February of 2020, our oldest daughter Brye uploaded a short clip of her original song “Lemons” to TikTok. The video quickly went viral, and the song soon found success on Spotify and Apple Music. That moment opened new doors in the music industry, including a management team in Nashville.

Wanting to support her dream, Jenny and I made the decision to relocate our family — and our business — to Franklin, TN, right in the heart of Williamson County. This move gave us the opportunity not only to cheer on our daughter’s budding career but also to bring Sebring Design Build’s proven design-build process to homeowners throughout Franklin, Brentwood & Williamson County, Tennessee.
