Sebring Design Build has completed a transitional-elegant kitchen and a modern primary bath in Cool Springs, Franklin. The kitchen pairs soft white Havana cabinetry with a natural wood wine island and Taj Mahal quartzite, while the bath runs one luminous porcelain tile throughout, both coordinated through Sebring's design-build process.
Cool Springs is a Franklin neighborhood where Sebring has completed two projects: a transitional-elegant kitchen remodel and a modern primary bath renovation, each replacing a dated room with one built around light.
The kitchen had been heavy and dark. Soft white Havana Square Recessed cabinetry now opens the perimeter, a custom natural wood island with built-in wine storage adds warmth and Taj Mahal quartzite, Kohler French Gold fixtures and a coffered ceiling give the room an elegant finish. The primary bath had been a dated yellow-beige. Dune Shaker cabinetry, Mystique quartz, polished chrome and one gloss light grey porcelain running across the walls and floor turned it into a bright, polished retreat.
Sebring brings more than 25 years of remodeling experience to Franklin and Williamson County, developing the design, key selections, scope and agreed project price during preconstruction through one accountable company. It's time that you love your home.

Sebring's Cool Springs projects share a commitment to light. In the kitchen, Havana Square Recessed cabinetry in soft white is grounded by a natural wood island, polished Taj Mahal quartzite, a Blanco Precis sink in Soft White and Kohler Artifacts fixtures in Vibrant French Gold with Brizo accents in Polished Gold. Coffered ceilings and warm brass pendants finish the room from above.
The primary bath takes a cooler, polished direction: Shaker Recessed Square cabinetry in Dune, Metro Quartz Mystique with a square edge, Delta Chrome fixtures, Top Knobs hardware in Polished Chrome and gloss light grey 12x24 porcelain used throughout as one continuous surface.
