Jenny Sebring is the co-owner of Sebring Design Build and the steady presence behind everything the company builds. She and Bryan met in high school in 1991, married five years later, and have built a business together that reflects exactly who they are.

Jenny brings warmth, clarity, and a homeowner's perspective to every client relationship. She knows what it means to trust someone with your home, and that understanding shapes the way Sebring treats every client from the very first conversation.

Alex is the first person you meet at the Sebring showroom and the steady hand behind every client file. With a background in customer service and a genuine love for home design, she oversees all client documentation, financial coordination, and administrative operations.

Alex ensures that every detail is organized, every question is answered promptly, and every homeowner feels taken care of from the very first call.

Victoria brings a formal design education and years of hands-on kitchen and bath experience to every Sebring project. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Indiana State University and holds the Associate Kitchen & Bath Designer (AKBD) credential from the National Kitchen & Bath Association.

Victoria is passionate about translating a homeowner's vision into a space that is both beautiful and deeply functional, and she works closely with each client from first concept through final selection.

Kayla's design philosophy is rooted in the belief that a beautiful home should also feel restorative. As a Certified Biophilic Designer, she specializes in weaving natural elements, organic patterns, and calming materials into spaces intended to feel calming, restorative, and connected to nature.

Sara keeps Sebring running smoothly behind the scenes. She thrives on bringing order to complexity, managing systems, streamlining communications, and solving the unexpected challenges that arise in a busy design-build firm.

A true generalist with a sharp eye for detail, Sara steps in wherever she is needed and takes pride in being part of a team built on trust, quality, and shared purpose.

Don brings more than four decades of experience to every project he touches. A master carpenter with comprehensive knowledge across all phases of construction, he takes genuine pride in the details that most people never notice and that every homeowner eventually does.

Don's millwork and finish carpentry set the standard for quality on every Sebring job site.

Ben brings years of hands-on construction and remodeling experience to every project he manages. With a strong background in tile work, carpentry, and all phases of the building process, he leads job sites with craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Ben relocated his family from California to Tennessee and has found a home in the Williamson County community and in a team that holds itself to the highest standards.

Brayden is learning the craft the right way, working alongside some of the most experienced hands in the business and developing the precision and discipline that define a great finish carpenter.
