Every project completed by Sebring Design Build in Franklin, Brentwood, and across Williamson County includes a 1-year workmanship warranty from Substantial Completion, consistent with NAHB Residential Construction Performance Guidelines. An extended limited warranty may also apply for years 2 through 5, subject to the maintenance and payment conditions outlined in your Construction Agreement.

- A Simple, Direct Claims Process. Notify us within thirty days of discovering a defect, and we work to complete confirmed repairs within thirty days, or as soon as reasonably possible if weather, labor, or material availability require more time.
