The Powder Room at Our McGavock Farms Remodel

The original powder room was functional and forgettable. The homeowners wanted it to be neither.

Sebring approached the remodel by leaning into what small spaces can do that large ones cannot: create intimacy, surprise, and genuine impact in a compressed footprint. Rich wall paneling in a deep, dark tone wraps the room immediately, shifting the mood from passage to destination.

The custom floating vanity serves as the room's centerpiece. A Cambria Remington Brass countertop with a custom mitered edge and 15 inch apron introduces material weight and warmth. A Delta wall-mount faucet in Luxe Gold and a Kohler vessel sink keep the vanity surface uncluttered, letting the stone and the brass read clearly.

A statement mirror with soft curves adds balance and makes the room feel larger than its footprint suggests. Flanking sconces and an overhead pendant layer the lighting so the room performs at any time of day. The integrated towel bar in coordinating brass closes every detail loop.

The result is a powder room that guests remember - proof that a small space, given full attention, can deliver some of the most meaningful work in a home.
