Corian Coarse Carrara Polished quartz on the vanity countertop provides the same countertop material as the bar: a deliberate design decision that connects the two spaces through a shared horizontal surface and creates a material coherence between the bar and the bath that makes the basement floor read as completely designed. Kohler Caxton White at the sink and Kohler Hygiene Classic White at the toilet complete the bathroom's primary fixtures in white: a natural choice in a room with a dark vanity and a patterned floor, providing the bright, clean contrast the room's darker surfaces require. Virginia Tile Deco Anthology 8x8 porcelain in a Black, Grey and White color combination on the floor provides the bathroom's most visually active surface: a geometric pattern in the three neutral tones that connect directly to the room's Black vanity and White fixtures.
