About This Project
This Brentwood home called for a five-space transitional-elegant remodel anchored by a genuinely grand kitchen substantial enough to set the material tone for every connected space. The homeowners wanted that kitchen paired with a showstopper powder room, two rooms with very different jobs working from the same confident material language.
Coordinating five connected spaces under one material direction required specifying finishes in quantities and lead times that kept every room on the same construction schedule. The powder room's finish program needed to read as a deliberate contrast to the kitchen's tone rather than a mismatched afterthought.
Sebring Design Build's in-house design and construction team planned all five spaces as one connected scope from the first consultation, building a fixed-price proposal that kept a five-room remodel on a single coordinated schedule.

This Brentwood home called for a five-space transitional-elegant remodel anchored by a genuinely grand kitchen, one substantial enough to set the material tone for everything connected to it.
CWP Classic Square Recessed cabinetry in Fawn Brindle and Walnut Praline brings a warm, layered wood palette to the kitchen, paired with CaesarStone Statuario Nuvo quartz in a honed finish that keeps the marble-look surface from feeling too formal. Kohler Artifacts fixtures in Polished Nickel run throughout, and Daltile Argyle polished marble tiles the backsplash with genuine shine.
The powder room takes the opposite approach: a showstopper in its own right. Restoration Hardware Aged Brass, Brizo Invari fixtures in Luxe Gold, and Serena and Lily Feather Gold wallpaper turn a small room into one of the home's most memorable spaces.
