Sebring Design Build remodeled five spaces in this home around a grand kitchen in Fawn Brindle and Walnut Praline, with honed Statuario quartz and polished nickel fixtures. A showstopper powder room in aged brass and gold feather wallpaper adds a moment of glamour just off the main living space.

The Story
About This Project
This home called for a five-space transitional-elegant remodel anchored by a genuinely grand kitchen substantial enough to set the material tone for every connected space. The homeowners wanted that kitchen paired with a showstopper powder room, two rooms with very different jobs working from the same confident material language.
Coordinating five connected spaces under one material direction required specifying finishes in quantities and lead times that kept every room on the same construction schedule. The powder room's finish program needed to read as a deliberate contrast to the kitchen's tone rather than a mismatched afterthought.
Sebring Design Build's in-house design and construction team planned all five spaces as one connected scope from the first consultation.

A Home Made New
This home called for a five-space transitional-elegant remodel anchored by a genuinely grand kitchen, one substantial enough to set the material tone for everything connected to it.
CWP Classic Square Recessed cabinetry in Fawn Brindle and Walnut Praline brings a warm, layered wood palette to the kitchen, paired with CaesarStone Statuario Nuvo quartz in a honed finish that keeps the marble-look surface from feeling too formal. Kohler Artifacts fixtures in Polished Nickel run throughout, and Daltile Argyle polished tile covers the backsplash with genuine shine.
The powder room takes the opposite approach: a showstopper in its own right. Restoration Hardware Aged Brass, Brizo Invari fixtures in Luxe Gold and Serena and Lily Feather Gold wallpaper turn a small room into a space guests remember.
A grand kitchen and a showstopper powder room, connected by the same transitional-elegant confidence across all five spaces.

Common Questions
Questions Homeowners Ask About This Project
What five spaces were part of this remodel?
The kitchen, powder room, dining room, bar and laundry room. The kitchen sets the material tone for the home, while the powder room takes the opposite approach as a brass-and-gold showstopper: two rooms with very different jobs working from the same confident material language.
How was a five-room remodel kept on a single construction schedule?
Coordinating five connected spaces under one material direction required specifying finishes in quantities and lead times that kept every room on the same construction schedule. The powder room's finish program was planned to read as a deliberate contrast to the kitchen's tone rather than a mismatched afterthought.
How do you make a powder room a showstopper?
Commit to one idea. Here it is warm metal and pattern: an Aged Brass washstand, a Luxe Gold faucet and Feather Gold wallpaper above white wainscoting, so the smallest room in the home makes a lasting impression. See how the design-build process works.
