This dining room was updated alongside the primary bath so the home's new material language reaches its main entertaining space. Modern without feeling cold and refined without feeling formal, it works as easily for a weeknight dinner as it does for a Saturday gathering with friends.

About This Space
The dining room in a home is the space that sets the tone for how guests experience everything else. In this Magnolia Vale project, the dining room was updated alongside the primary bath to create continuity across the home's most important rooms.
The same material sensibility that defines the bath carries through: modern without being cold, refined without being formal. A dining room that works for a Tuesday dinner and a Saturday gathering without requiring the room to announce itself either way.

Common Questions
Questions Homeowners Ask About This Space
Was the dining room part of this bath remodel?
Yes. The dining room was updated alongside the primary bath to carry the home's modern luxury material language into the primary entertaining space. Both rooms were designed together so the finishes and design sensibility connect across the home rather than existing in isolation.
How do you make a dining room feel connected to a remodel?
Carry the same finishes, tones and level of detail from the remodeled rooms so the dining room reads as part of one design rather than a room left behind.
