Sebring Design Build gave this Westhaven primary bath a calm, coastal elegance. Quartersawn White Oak cabinetry in a Sage stain, Calacatta Gold quartz and Polished Nickel Brizo fixtures set a soft base, while blue Habitat River accent tile and an iridescent mosaic shower floor bring light and color.

The Story
About This Project
The Westhaven primary bath needed to hold two ideas at once: coastal ease and genuine elegance, without one undercutting the other. The homeowners wanted a full fixture and hardware program in a single reflective finish, plus a tile story specific enough to deliver real coastal character rather than a generic blue accent.
That specificity required real coordination. A full Brizo fixture program across the vanity and two shower series meant matching finishes across multiple product lines rather than a single unified collection, and the iridescent 1x1 mosaic shower floor needed careful substrate prep to keep grout lines consistent across such a small tile format.
Sebring Design Build's in-house design and construction team planned the fixture and tile programs together from the first consultation.

A Home Made New
The Westhaven primary bath needed a direction that could hold two ideas at once: coastal ease and genuine elegance. Sebring Design Build built the room around a palette specific enough to deliver both.
CWP cabinetry in Quartersawn White Oak with a Sage stain sets the vanity's tone, a soft green-grey that reads as calm rather than trendy. MetroQuartz Calacatta Gold in a polished finish tops the counters with warmth and movement, while a full Brizo Virage and Essential Shower Series fixture program in Polished Nickel carries a single reflective finish through the entire room.
The tile program is where the coastal character comes through most clearly. MLW Sedona White at 8x24 covers the walls, Adex Habitat River Blue Glossy accent tile at 2.5x10.3 introduces the room's signature color, and a Sonoma Lotus Iridescent 1x1 mosaic on the shower floor catches light with genuine shimmer. Caesar Inner Shore porcelain at 12x24 grounds the floor.
Sage white oak, blue accent tile and Polished Nickel throughout: a primary bath with the coastal elegance of a home that earns both words.

Common Questions
Questions Homeowners Ask About This Project
How does this Westhaven primary bath balance coastal ease with elegance?
The homeowners wanted a full fixture and hardware program in a single reflective finish, along with a tile story specific enough to deliver real coastal character rather than a generic blue accent. CWP cabinetry in Quartersawn White Oak with a Sage stain sets a calm, soft green-grey tone that supports both directions at once.
What made the fixture and tile coordination complex in this bathroom?
A full Brizo fixture program across the vanity and two shower series meant matching finishes across multiple product lines rather than a single unified collection. The iridescent 1x1 mosaic shower floor also needed careful substrate preparation to keep grout lines consistent across such a small tile format.
Why mix a wood vanity with cool blue tile?
Warm wood keeps a light, coastal palette from feeling cold, while blue accent tile adds color that feels calm rather than loud. Polished Nickel fixtures bridge the two so the room reads as one design. See how the design-build process works.
