Sebring Design Build transformed this Franklin, Tennessee laundry room with CWP Highlander Recessed cabinetry in SW Little Boy Blue lockers and Mist white uppers, Belwith Keeler Warm Brass hardware, and Tile Shop Annie Selke Flora 18x18 Coconut Milk patterned floor tile. The Story
About This Project
This Franklin laundry room was redesigned around a floor pattern bold enough to be the room's real star, with every other decision built to support it rather than compete with it. The homeowners wanted a two-tone locker-and-cabinet system that kept the room feeling considered rather than purely utilitarian.
A patterned floor tile requires careful layout planning before installation so the pattern repeats correctly and stays centered, since a laundry room's smaller footprint leaves little room to hide a miscalculated layout. The two-tone cabinetry needed to be ordered together so the color pairing read as intentional.
Sebring Design Build's in-house design and construction team planned the tile layout and cabinetry finish together from the first consultation, building a fixed-price proposal around a laundry room that earned real design attention.

A Home Made New
This Franklin laundry room was redesigned around a floor pattern bold enough to be the room's real star, with every other material decision built to support it rather than compete with it.
CWP Highlander Recessed cabinetry runs in two tones: SW Little Boy Blue on the lockers, Mist white on the upper cabinets, a two-tone pairing that keeps the room feeling considered rather than purely utilitarian. Belwith Keeler hardware in Warm Brass finishes every door and drawer with a consistent metallic thread.
Tile Shop Annie Selke Flora patterned floor tile at 18x18 in Coconut Milk gives the room its signature moment, a graphic surface that earns the attention a laundry room floor rarely receives.
A two-tone laundry room where the floor is the star and every detail earns its place, proof that even the most functional room in the house deserves real design.
