The Story

About This Project

This Willowsprings primary bath had good bones, generous proportions in a well-built Franklin home, but a design language that had fallen behind the rest of the house. The homeowners wanted traditional elegance treated as a living style, not a period to recreate, along with the kind of daily luxury a freestanding tub and dedicated shower actually deliver.

The scope carried real technical requirements. Extending the same quartz surface across both the countertop and the shower bench meant careful slab planning to avoid seams in visible areas. A freestanding tub set behind frameless glass required precise plumbing relocation and structural support for the tub's weight, and the chandelier called for a dedicated electrical run appropriate for a wet-area ceiling fixture.

Sebring Design Build's in-house team managed cabinetry, plumbing, and electrical as one coordinated scope, building a fixed-price proposal around the home's existing layout.

Project Details

A Home Made New

The Willowsprings primary bath arrived at Sebring Design Build with good proportions and a design language that had never caught up to the rest of the Franklin home. The elegant-classic direction that replaced it treats traditional elegance as a living style rather than a period to recreate.

CWP Classic Square Recessed cabinetry in a Solid Wood Panel Walnut Natural finish with a Marginal Overlay profile anchors the vanity in genuine wood grain and a construction detail that reads as custom rather than production-line. Mikado Calacatta Gold quartz extends across the countertop and, notably, the shower bench, a material continuity that ties the wet and dry sides of the room together in a way most primary baths never attempt.

The fixture program is a single, confident decision: Brizo Invari in Polished Nickel throughout, at the vanity, the shower, and every accessory in between. Gallery Pearl polished tile at 12x24 lines the shower walls in a soft, luminous surface, while Empyrean Ice Blend floor tile and a BElite Grey matte border give the floor its own quiet material identity. White wall paneling wraps the room in the kind of architectural detail that traditional baths depend on and modern baths too often skip.

A freestanding tub set behind frameless glass and a chandelier overhead complete the room's most elegant gestures. Neither is functionally necessary. Both are exactly what turns a well-built bathroom into the retreat this home was always meant to have.

Common Questions

Questions Homeowners Ask About This Project

Why did this Willowsprings primary bath need a full remodel despite good bones?

The bathroom had generous proportions in a well-built Franklin home, but a design language that had fallen behind the rest of the house. The homeowners wanted traditional elegance treated as a living style, not a period to recreate, along with the daily luxury a freestanding tub and dedicated shower actually deliver.

What made the quartz countertop and shower bench installation complex in this bathroom?

Extending the same quartz surface across both the countertop and the shower bench required careful slab planning to avoid seams in visible areas. A freestanding tub set behind frameless glass also required precise plumbing relocation and structural support for the tub's weight.
