The homeowners wanted a cool, contemporary cabinetry finish paired with a layered wood-look tile program across three distinct materials.
Running three different tile materials in one bathroom required careful sequencing so each material's grout lines and transitions lined up cleanly at every intersection. Matching Matte Black fixtures across two separate product lines needed finish confirmation before installation to avoid a visible mismatch.
Sebring Design Build's in-house design and construction team planned the tile sequencing and fixture matching together from the first consultation, building a fixed-price proposal around the specific wood-and-black balance these homeowners wanted.
